Took my truck in for an alignment and was told it needed $1000 worth of repairs to replace my hub bearings in order for the alignment to be warrantied. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and upon driving away I was hearing a clunking sound from the front end. I took the truck into another shop and had them look it over and was told that they didn't tighten anythind down and my truck was already out of alignment. I had them also look at my hub bearings and they informed me that nothing was wrong with my truck. Fourtunately enough this second shop was able to quickly align my truck free of charge as well with no permanent damage done. I called back to Case Automotive to try and get a refund but they refused saying that it wasn't warrantied as I wouldn't let them do they hub bearings on my truck.
