Sonic Drive-In

I went on my lunch break, mind you I get a 30 minute break not an hour; I went to their drive through and no service was given to me, I waited like 7 minutes... so I backed out and went to the parking lot hoping to get someone to get my order, I waited there for about 5 minutes and went in and said... are your machines down? is there something wrong with your drive thru... I waited for 12 minutes at your drive thru and in the parking lot and no service???? so the girl took my order inside and she asked what car I was in and I told her and she said someone will be right out with your order. I waited in my car for 8 minutes and STILL no one serviced me; I have never had such poor poor service in my life; Sonic just motivated me never to come back to this location again... I hope the next location I go to doesn't have such bad customer service, OMFG!!!!!!! and to top it off, before I left... a truck pulled in to order and I said... THIS PLACE SUCKS, BAD SERVICE BECAUSE YOU GET NO SERVICE, GOOD LUCK!!! and as soon as I said that they left. DO NOT GO TO THIS location, the Sonic located at the university blvd. Winter Park, FL.....sucks!!!!!!... GOOD LUCK ALL!!!! I waited in all a total of 20 minutes, I was late getting back to work, I'll never go there again
