        ROACHES, NO HEAT

        This is a discusting place it has roaches which the office said is normal...bull it is 44 degrees today and the heat is not on. There is no apartment control on heat...they decide when to turn it on...nice to freeze! You can find alot better place with NO ROACHES AND HAS HEAT.
