My daughter is having a vow renewal for her 10yr anniversary & her husband is in the Navy so we had no idea when exactly when he would have leave. Lisa took on this difficult task as if she were personally connected to our event. I'll just say my 10yr old Gdaughter is a little hard to please & Lisa rushed the special order dress. After receiving the dress Cali picked out, she wasn't happy, so Lisa went over & above to txt me every dress she had in Stock in my Gdaughters size so she could pick out another (on the wkend, after hrs)! We were at crunch time & she had the dress shipped immediately & the dress is perfect with only 2 days to spare before the event. I've never received customer service like this in my life or products of such AMAIZING quality!!! I will order all future needs for every event from Lisa & Formal Spot! I have 5 grown children & 8 Gchildren so i see many events in my future & every event will be ordered through Formal Spot & Lisa!!! Thank You So Much,

I highly recommend Formal Spot for anyone looking for a formal gown or cute boutique dress! They helped me pick the perfect dress for my son's wedding and I've gone back many times since for boutique dresses! Lisa & staff always go above and beyond for their customers and I could not have found a better local boutique for all my dress needs!

About a month ago we purchased my wedding dress from Formal Spot and I could not be happier. I first tried my dress on at a different store that was a little closer to home; however, I did not buy it right away because I wanted some other family members to see it on me first. I went back a month later and the store had sold the floor sample and had no idea when they would get it in again, or if they even would. I was so disappointed and we began to call stores all over Florida looking for the dress. Luckily for me, Formal Spot gave me the date that they'd be getting it in and were constantly e-mailing me to let me know when the dress made it into the country, when it passed customs, and when they received it! As soon as they said it was in, I set up an appointment for a couple days later and went right in there, tried on the dress, and bought it. Terri and Lisa were so beyond helpful and exuded excitement for me, way more than any other salon I had been to. One of my favorite things about this bridal salon is that there aren't 20 dressing rooms and a ton of brides and all their family members running around in every direction grabbing dresses. Formal Spot only schedules one bride at a time, making your experience personable and much more relaxed. All in all, I would recommend Formal Spot to any bride looking for a dress who wants a wide selection, wants to be treated wonderfully, and wants a relaxing, personable experience!

My first experience wedding shopping was terrible and I wanted to stop looking, until I went to The Formal Spot! Lisa and Terri were amazing and made me feel so special! They let me look around, choose a few dresses, helped me into each dress. Lisa and Terri both gave me opinions and different options that I could do with the dress. The best part about my experience was the prices. The Formal Stop is giving away a free veil when you by a dress. They even have dresses up to 50% off! I can't say enough great things about Lisa and Terry at Formal Spot. I have had many experiences at Formal Spot, from picking out a bridesmaids dress for my best friends wedding, to helping her pick out her wedding dress, to now shopping for my own wedding dress and very soon my bridesmaids dresses!



Every time I have gone, I have felt welcomed, been helped when needed help and even after the purchase, there is follow through! I received a handwritten card in the mail after purchasing my wedding gown and Lisa has even e-mailed me pictures of dresses that she thinks I would like for bridesmaid dresses. And she knows this because her and I have spent time discussing my theme, flowers, location, etc!



I have been to other stores looking for bridesmaid dresses and it felt very "this is what we have, take your pick" where as at Formal Spot, Lisa will do the research to find what you want. Self admittedly, Formal Spot is the only place I went to for my wedding dress - it was the 5th dress I tried on there and was immediately in love. The sincere look of confirmation on both Terry and Lisa's face when they saw my in my gown made me feel great!

I absolutely love the dresses at Formal Spot and the staff is very helpful. I picked my wedding and bridesmaids dresses from here and my best friend just did the same. They also have a great selection of hairpieces and cute shoes. They have dresses for so many occasions. I have already been eyeing a few for my company holiday party. :)

Lisa is one of the sweetest people I have ever met! Not only is she wonderful to have help with locally... but I live out of town and she has been wonderful to communicate with. I found her gem of a store while visiting town and now go to her for all of my formal dress needs! I highly recommend her for weddings, formal events, Homecoming, Prom - ladies... don't look anywhere else!

I love shopping at the Formal Spot! It's a great boutique that not only offers formal wear but cute boutique dresses too. I know I can always stop in & find something last minute. The staff if always great in helping me & very knowledgeable.

I was going crazy finding my daughter the perfect prom gown. We went through hundreds of websites looking and almost every boutique in and outside of town. As I was about to give up hope a friend told us about the amazing selection at Formal Spot. We rushed over on a Saturday evening and not only did they stay an hour after closing to make sure my daughter had the dress she was truly in love with but they also were able to help her choose her shoes, jewelry, and everything she needed for her big night. The dress was also altered at Formal Spot as my daughter is very petite. The seamstress did a great job in altering the dress down to her small size and it fit her as if it were custom made! I would highly recommend Formal Spot to all my friends and family and anyone looking for an amazing selection and great service. They have a lifelong customer in me. I have 3 girls and will be shopping at Formal Spot for all future formal wear needs!

I had recently moved to the area and was looking for a reputable bridal shop to alter my wedding gown that I had purchased in my home town. After going to a few shops I fell in love with the beautiful shop and the staff at Formal Spot! I took my dress in for a quote and Lisa, the manager took time to fully explain the costs and recommendations for altering my gown. She even was so honest to give me some great advice to save costs on my alterations. After speaking with her I booked my alterations appointment and could not have been happier with the amazing work that was done on my gown. It fit like a glove and Formal Spot really made me feel like a princess on my special day! I would highly recommend them for any formal gown purchase as well as alterations! They offer great advice and expertise as well as affordable and quick turn around times that you just can't find elsewhere!

The head girl working in the shop has a serious attitude problem. They act like they are doing you a favor to do their jobs. I paid over $200 for a bridesmaid dress. They sized me and ordered a 6. The 6 was way too small in the chest (I didnot gain any weight) I then paid $70 at the Formal Spot to have it altered. The seamstress does not attend the fitting. The (rude) store clerk simply eyed the dress and said it needed to be let out. I returned a week later to a dress that still did not fit, which was incredibly annoying since the store is a 50 minute drive from my house. I left the dress to be altered yet again after t he store clerk, yet again barely looked at me and said we'll just let it out another half inch. She told me the dress would be ready by the Wednesday before the Saturday wedding. I called on Wednesday and the dress had not yet been delivered. I ended up getting the dress on Friday morning, still too tight but at that point there was nothing else I could do. The day of the wedding the other bridesamaids and bride also shared their negative experiences with the shop. One of the bridesmaids actually had her cups sewn in upside down!! Not the experience a bride and/or bridesmaid should have to deal with!
