        Overall

        I live in Buffalo, NY and this particular branch has lost my mail and it has taken up to two weeks to even receive my mail. I spoke to the manager who said I should receive mail within two days. I'm like " tell me something I don't know". Still no mail. This branch lost it and does not even care.

        Really a 1 star because rain sleet or snow they didn't go on Cameron Ave. 1400 to 1600 block Friday or Saturday.Jan. 22, & 23rd
