Triad Stone Masters

Be very careful about giving Brad Bailey at Triad Stone Masters a deposit before he actually does the work. He handled one project for me well but for the second, larger project, he kept my $4,000 deposit and claimed his phone was stolen when I finally reached him by email after several attempts to call him. As of today, five months later, he has not returned my deposit and I've had to hire someone else to do the work because he has not responded to my emails. By the way, his office location address is the UPS Store and his "suite" is the box number at the UPS Store. Buyer beware.

We contracted him to do some stone work. We gave him a large check as a deposit which was cashed in April 2016. He told us the materials had been ordered but we have never seen the materials. He came and worked two hours on preparation but has not returned. We have called two telephone numbers, left several voice and text messages, and mailed a certified letter. As of today, there has been no response. We are attempting to have our deposit returned. At this point, he cashed our check and had no intentions of performing the work.

Amazing company! We had an issue where all the brick work around the garage where falling off and causing a lot of major damage. Most companies quoted unreasonable prices where Triad gave a great low price! They were extremely professional, and the work was completed in a timely manner and looks amazing. Highly recommended using Triad!

Wonderful experience--excellent work--great price. Not only did they quote the lowest estimate, but always showed up on time, kept me informed and cleaned up when finished. Very friendly and professional. They laid a brick paver floor for my back porch and laid a brick foundation for a column on my front porch. They even brought a slate stone to separate the brick foundation from the column and added an extra brick exit area from the back porch. I am so pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them--excellent business--above and beyond customer service!

They truly are the stone masters!!! These guys know everything about stone. They helped us with selection (brought us numerous samples), design (they helped us design the patio, outdoor kitchen and fireplace), and even explained every step of the installation and how they were going to do the work. We probably learned more about stone than the other two masons we received estimates from. We are so glad we used them. It turned out perfect. Professional, courteous, knowledgable, etc. We can't say enough good things. They are the guys to hire. Thanks Brad!
