Pat's Body Shop & Towing

I am not sure why there are any negative comments about Pat's. I have had work done there numerous times. When my son was a teenager his vehicle was hit several times and required body work. Pat's was always pleasant and easy to do business with. Sandra has done a wonderful job since taking over the business and I can't give them anything but an outstanding rating. If you need quick professional work done, look not further than Pat's.

they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. some man answered phone and was asking for information on some repairs I needed and when I asked to speak with owner he got cocky and said I could talk to him because he was her husband. I was recommended to this place through word of mouth but I would never give them my business after being treated like that and then I hear the owner has several corvettes so I see where the profits go, so let us all just buy the business another vette at the cost of the consumer. SMH.

I took my jeep in for repairs. The office staff was wonderful and they even had the rental company drop of transportation for me. When I picked it up, it had been washed and detailed. It looked brand new and you can't tell it had ever been wrecked.

This is the place to have your auto body repairs done. Family owend and very customer orientaded.My father did buisness with Pat Scarlette and told me never let any one but PAT"S do my auto repairs. Now his sister Sandra Scarlette is the owner she has been there for some time but she is also a pleasure to do buisness with!!Dont like having repairs done but accidents happens and this is the Place to Fix your needs

Got my Escape back from Pat's shop in Winston Salem. The back end was severely damaged in a rear-end collision. Pats repaired the rear quarter panels, Rear door and bumper. New trailer hitch. All I can say is it looks as good if not better than the day I bought it. The paint job is beautiful. If you ever need great body work, I highly recommend Pat's Body Shop.

I had my car repaired here recently. They were quick and had excellent service. The staff was very friendly and really cared about my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their car repaired.

I had a state farm insurance claim and Pat's Body Shop came very highly recomended for repairs. The whole repair process was made simple from start to finish. I did not have rental car insurance and Pat's let me use a loaner car for customer service to use while my car was being repaired. I now am sold for life on using Pat's for all my repair needs.

I would def do buisness w these people again. Fair price , good customer service , promise delivered and they even gave my car which is NOT a jewel a NICE cleanup. I will tell every one about Pat's Body Shop

The worst experience ever!! I wish I had read the reviews before I took my car the Pat's body shop. Terrible paint job and they messed up puting the car back together after the paint job; my back door's don't lock anymore, my side mirror doesnt work anymore, some of the pading in the doors keep coming off inside. Do Not use this company! They are AWFUL!!!!!

I took my car to Pat's the week between Christmas and New Years because there was a bunch of damage from an ice storm. They did a super job fixing my car. They also detailed my car inside and out when I picked it up when it was promised to me. The people there were very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody that needs body work done to their vehicle.
