Ma'ati Spa

BEWARE!!!!!!

I will NOT be visiting Ma'ati Spa. I do not like how they handle their business. I bought this as a treat to myself and to just try out their services I would take advantage of the groupon deal I saw. I called and left a detailed message yesterday. NO RESPONSE.

So I called back today to make an appointment. I was told that because it is a groupon they only schedule a handful of these vists per day so they are booked thru June for groupon users only and if I wanted a weekend that they were booked to July.

BUTTT for the low price of $49 which is ONLY $10 more than the groupon that they can see me tomorrow, and then book an appointment for July with the groupon. This is bad business and I will never visit their establishment at this point, and make sure everyone knows of the experience I have had.

This place was AMAZING I purchased a gift voucher through their website paid $120 for $300 worth of service due to a Black Friday special they were having next day I scheduled an appointment for a romantic valentines couple massage. When me and my fiancé arrived we were greeted by the owner she walked us downstairs and the massage room was like out of a movie rose petals everywhere champagne fruit and little refreshments. When I left that place I felt like a floating angel no kidding. The masseuses were very polite and once we entered the room it really feel like time didn’t even matter at that point. This was my first time going to a spa and I WILL be back

Purchased Groupon and called to schedule. Was told they would call me back. This was Thursday. It is now Monday afternoon and still no call. This is bad business. Do not offer the Groupon if you do not want to honor it.

I love Ma'ati spa I was amazed by the knowledge of the therapist and how they went out of their way to make me feel at ease. I received a deep tissue massage which hit different trigger points through out my body. The therapist made sure that the pressure was comfortable for me. The experience was a one of a kind experience for me. The staff was so friendly and understanding to my needs. I recommend that everyone who has not experience a massage take advantage of this truly amazing breathe taking event. I also became a member so I can take advantage of the saving and this tranquil moment in time. Thanks again to the staff for your divine touch.

I have always been hesitant to go to a massage therapist but my mom and dad referred Ma'ati because they know how particular I can be, but just as they said, it is a comfortable laid back enviorment. I loved it!

I was referred to Ma'ati by my hairstylist and I must say it was great, the essential oils my therapist used opened my pours and really helped me relax more. The pressure was on point, and now that I'm expecting I plan on trying out that pregnancy massage I seen.

This was 1st time ever getting a professional massage and I have to say it is way better than getting one from my husband, lol, my massage therapist was very easy on me but at the same time applied the pressure that I needed! U have to check them out!

Girl, it was the best experience ever...I walked in with a headache and left out feeling refreshed...I have already recommended Ma'ati to family.
