BUYER PLEASE BE ADVISED. These people sell you parts telling you, "Yeah thats not quite it, but it still works with your year and model car." After you get home and find out it doesnt work they will not refund you nothing. You try to talk to them in the most courteous way to come to some understanding and they will cuss you out. This is not the way to do business with anybody. It is not only humiliating but frusturating because you were not brought up to talk to strangers that way. PLEASE BE CAREFUL GO TO SOME OTHER MORE REPUTABLE PARTS SELLER IN WINSTON SALEM OR SOMEWHER ELSE!

This particular incident was totally blown out of proportion. The lady in question was not the person that even bought the part and the customer ordered the wrong year model. I will be glad to explain the situation.
