        Overall

        Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Had a simple toilet problem. The water wouldnt stop running. They must have come 5 different times before the problem was finally fixed. Then they tried to bill me for 2 service calls because THEY broke the handle on the toilet while trying to fix it and charged me for it. Tried calling them to discuss the bill and they would never get back to me and when they answered they always said they'd have to have this person or that person call me back. Eventually talked to the owner and he started screaming at me so I guess I'll suck it up and pay it so it doesn't go to collections. Stay far far away from this company unless you want to pay a lot of money to still have a problem.
