HORRIBLE!!! First off, we went in there to inquire about a truck that we had seen on the internet...to be told it's not available! Sounded very shady...why wouldn't you take it off the internet??? Then we were told to sign a paper, not even being told it was to run our credit! He asks us for our licences, just recently got papers in the mail with my LAST NAME being completely spelled wrong!!! We told John the sales rep. that we were interested in a TRUCK...he then proceeds to tell us to follow him outside, to have my 6' 3" fiance squeeze into a Chevy Spark?!?!?! Then tries to get him into an Impala. First off customer service sucked! Completely disregarded the fact we were looking for a truck not a shoe box! Now we have marks on our credit for no reason, we didn't even go through with a sale! So needless to say that wasn't a good experience on our part...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! And because I have no choice, I had to rate this one star...they don't even deserve that!

Awesome service! I recently purchased a car from this business after searching for months and I have to say I am so glad that I chose Wilson Chevrolet...the staff are awesome and Mr. Charles along with the other staff involved in the transaction really made me feel more than a number. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I just want to say THANK YOU again! Getting my car serviced recently was another pleasant surprise,the staff was exceptionally professional throughout the remodeling process and again superb service from Ms. Susan and the awesome team working on the cars...and I don't mean to brag....but again just this week I had to call about a spare key and I was transferred to a kind gentleman by the name of Butch.. but I have to call him Mr. Butch:-)..who told me to come in this week so they can take care of the key, I got there today and nothing but greetings and smiling faces! WOW! Mr. Charles came out and chatted and Mr. Butch took care of me in under 10 minutes! Glad I chose to buy local and would recommend anyone to Wilson Chevrolet!!!!!!!!!!Keep up the good work!
