Redefining Yoga & Pilates w/Tai Chi

I am a student and teacher at RDY. When the doors first opened for me back in 2012 I was at ease to step into my first yoga class. Since then I've gone through two training's to further my knowledge of yoga. I recommend anyone new to yoga to start here. You will be well taken care by your instructor. I also welcome any yogis with experience to join our yoga family. We love seeing new faces in the studio. Come join us!

Great community based studio with ell trained teachers; and offers a combination of the big 3 = Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi! Ample parking space, free and close to the studio...simple process of online scheduling where you can manage your own membership - or pay as you drop in. Great!
