I never write bad reviews but I feel I need to today. I sent a photo via text of the style I wanted to who I believe was the shop owner and was quoted one price. I specifically asked based on length and size of braid. My appointment was at 9 am, the person doing my hair did not arrive until around 9:50 am and did not begin my hair until 10 am. I showed her that same photo and she said that it would cost more. I showed her the text and she went on to tell me that the size was bigger so I decided to go with the SMALLER size braid with the same short length. When I get done, my braids were big and longer than I asked and I was still charged the same. I showed the text to the person it was sent to and she said well the braids are longer. I did not ask for longer braids and the first braid she showed me was shorter than the rest so I had no way of seeing what the braids looked like once she got going. So it was my fault that I showed someone a clear photo of how I wanted my hair but they decided to do something different. I am very irritated because I am pregnant and really wanted this to be an easy process. It was only easy because I decided not to go back and forth with them for too long about how my braids turn out. This is my second time getting my hair done here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning because I feel like if I am paying to get my hair done, it should be exactly the way I asked for it to be. On top of that, they were late this time and the first time I came to get my hair done. I wish them much success. I know my little business doesn't matter because many people will return which is great but I felt that this needed to be said. I am unhappy. I kept a smile on my face and remained peaceful because of the God in me. ADDED THE NEXT MORNING.... It's now 4:20 am and I came back on to add that the braids are so tight that I cannot sleep. I am pregnant so laying on my stomach or back are not options. I am very upset. The funny thing is that when she was braiding my hair, it didn't seem that tight. Braiders who care about the well being of a person's actual hair will not braid hair so tight. I sat up in my bed and cried while my husband rubbed my back to tell me if was ok.... That's how bad this is. I am considering taking my braids down even though I spent all of that money. I knew in my heart that I should not have gone back there after my first experience but I never like to count anyone out. I have only had braids this tight one other time in my life and I took them out the next day. I might do the same with these which is unfortunate because I have a trip to go on in two days.

I do not like to discredit a person's business but I believe in honesty and do not like being taken advantage of. Shop owners should know that these antics will cause you, in the long run, to lose business. I was quoted a price over the phone for a style. I was told this style included the shop providing the weaving hair and that I didn't need to provide it. Later on I visited the shop and stated I had my own hair, expecting now the price would be lowered. It wasn't. I call this scamming for business. No Thanks.

Kady & her staff did an awesome job on my micros! I had been searching for 2weeks for someone to braid my hair. Her staff was professional and tge salon was very clean. I plan on going back I am a customer for life now & I recommend any one whose interested in braiding or weave see Ms. Kady! Steph

Very professional. Clean environment. Had micro's they took them out, washed my hair, and did tree braids all in 6hrs and I love my hair. Will be returning.

Very professional, great service, only took 6 hours for Senegalese twist. Twists are very beautiful...will return again!!!
