Super impressed with the service I received there this morning. Will and the team were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They took care of me in a timely manner and I thought the price was excellent for the attention they gave me. Highly recommend!

The absolute nicest staff! They were super quick in doing my car inspection and treated me with the upmost respect and hospitality. I am very thankful my co-worker recommended them to me. I'll never go anywhere else!

I visited prolube today for an oil change and Rick took great care of me. He greeted me with a smile outfront and explained all of the services they provide. He made me feel welcomed and did an awesome job!
I definitely recommend Prolube for oil changes and I definitely recommend Rick for number one customer service!

Will never use again. Terrible customer care. Charged for more expensive services not provided. Employees don't seem confident in their own abilities to work on vehicles. When I complained, employee got an attitude and became very snappy.

Stopped by to get a tire plugged and only one other customer is in store. I have been waiting 30 minutes and it appears employees are goofing off and will not look at me. I will never come back here again and suggest that no one else does either.

Love Love Love this place. The staff is so professional and polite, especially the manager (I think his name is Brandon). He was the one in charge of my oil change and inspection. He was very nice throughout the whole process and even recommended other services that they offer that he thought my car could benefit from but he wasnt too "pushy salemany" about which i really loved. I had been to the market st location before but wasnt too impressed by the staff but i was impressed with the staff at the college rd location. I WILL be returning in the future and will recommend the College rd location to all my friends and family. :)

they put my filter in the wrong way so therefore it caused damage to my vehicle. will never return and will let everyone that I work with know about the bad experience.

I stopped by because I was concerned about the air level of my tires due to a warning light. The staff approached me immediately, and one of the staff, Joe, who was extremely helpful, took the time to check all my tires and correct the problem. I was driving off feeling safe in just minutes! Thanks!

I just went in to get an inspection. They were crazy quick and super polite. They even offered to bring me an umbrella so I wouldn't get soaked from the rain. I will definitely be back.

So this location had been caught SEVERAL times trying to steal money from people who have tint on their car that truly don't know if it's illegal or not (especially young women). So the employees will tell the customer its illegal, & then charge them for testing the window, or in some cases, they charge & they never even tested film, just made a judgement call by looking at windows. In every case, the customer would have to pay for this service, and then drive down the road to another inspection place that had no problem passing the window tint as legal. PROLUBE on College Road is total bust and rip off. Scallywags

TONY repaired my infinity G35 my brakes we're shot and the man gave me a good price and fixed everything in reasonable time. Thanks Tony.

What a rip off. Went there today to get an inspection and they come back to tell me that my window tint was illegal. First let me tell you that my vehicle was bought brand new from the dealer with the tint already on it. The techs at prolube proceeded to argue with me that there is a difference between factory installed and after market installed window tint. I got no qualms with that but do you really think that a reputable dealer like Toyota of Wilmington would put after market tint on a brand new vehicle if it wasn't legal. Prolube wanted to charge me $10 for having illegal tint and I never saw them use a light gun to check it to start with. Their assumption was that because the tint wasn't factory baked into the glass that it must be illegal after market. Can you imagine the money making racket they have going on there with women just paying and not knowing the difference? I will never go there or recommend them to anyone. And if they monitor this review site I dare them to call me personally. Victor 910-262-7350. I wish I could give a negative star.

This place has terrible employees. Cost me 33 bucks to get an inspection failed. I really hope the GM looks into this before I take this company to court.

James is the young man who assisted me. He was very friendly and seemed honest. They even had a fan blowing cool air while waiting in the heat. Very positive experience.

This place is awesome! I'm a girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars and they explained everything so well to me. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and had an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!!

Great technicians/mechanics and customer service. Quick and efficient with good advice on what I needed to keep my car running for many years to come! Joe was a big help and sent me right to advance auto parts to have my battery and alternator checked so I can make it home safely.
