We were shopping for a major purchase and thought we would buy local. The furniture was to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Well it was almost 4 weeks and they could not deliver until the following week. We could however, pick it up ourselves.

This place has the WORST customer service! We purchased a leather sofa and recliner in June, 2012. They delivered it and set it in place in our family room (on our newly installed oak hardwood floor). During Christmas, we re-arranged the furniture and when we moved the recliner, we noticed our new floor was very badly gouged. I tilted the recliner on it's back and noticed that 3 out of the 4 feet had plastic protectors on them. The 4th did not and the steel frame of the chair was rubbing and gouging our floor! We contacted the store and tried to send pictures - they don't have email. The woman we were dealing with said she would send someone out to touch up the floor. When he arrived, he said it was too damaged for him to do anything. When I called the store back, the woman said there was nothing they could do. So now we will have to pay to have our floor fixed. We will never shop there again!!!!!
