I was very please with the contractor who worked on my stove top. He was very patient in explaining what he was doing and how he was going to correct the situation. He had to order the part and he gave me an approximate time when it should be in and it arrived just as he said.Thank you ehw!

The first time i submitted a claim to ahg was quick and easy, even easier than what i ever could expect. No long hold time and no time wasted sitting on the phone. When the claim was placed and approved everything was taken care of accordingly. The whole process took about 2 days from the time of the claim to the end of the repair.

The endurance home warranty are very courteous and caring with all my needs. Whenever i call they always want to find the best solution to fit my situation. I have been satisfied with my time with ehw. I have always been eager to renew with them and recently signed a 5 year policy. I have been treated very well and to my liking. Each claim i have placed has been treated accordingly and prompt.

My home became victim to a plumbing issue. Due to the fact I have no idea about anything to do with plumbing my only option was to call ehw. When I contacted them it was super easy to get someone on the phone and when you do it's a breeze from there on out. My issue was taken care of promptly and very much to my liking.

Filing a claim with ahg is super easy, there's little to no hold time so you don't have to be on the phone for longer than necessary. If you don't feel like picking up the phone than you can do it online. EHW contacts only the best contractors and always gets it done with amazing results. Cant ask for anything more.

When my air conditioner compressor fan failed .EHW was there with a fast response and the Repairman, that was sent out, even had the replacement parts on the truck. Within 2 days of making my call to EHW on a Sunday, the repairman arrived and in just a few hours I was back in a nice cool home.

The most recent incident at my home was the problem with the refrigerator. I made the call to EHW, spoke with a rep who gave me a confirmation that a technician would be scheduled to do the job. The next day he came to completed the work. I was very pleased with the concern and professionalism that the rep showed.

Customer service assigned a technician during my call. Explained that since it was the weekend I may not get a call from tech to schedule a visit. To my surprise the tech called on Sunday and scheduled a service call for Monday. The tech was familiar with the washer needing repair, however, he did not have the exact part needing to be replaced on hand. In an efficient manner the tech placed a call to order the part and returned 3 days later to finish the repairs in addition to a thorough test to ensure operability.
This was not an emergency for me and was handled in an quick manner

This repair happened during the Listing Period for the sale of our home. My husband had no problem getting through with a dispatch representative and she did her best to expedite the claim. Our Technician did a great job and we have no problems, Satisfied Customers.

I purchased my home warranty 8 months ago. Since than i had 2 issues one with my washing machine and my other one was with the microwave. Overall great service and done in a timely manner.
