        Whether you simply need a minor part for your "old reliable" machine, or are looking to purchase the latest in state-of-the-art sewing we can help. There is no part too old or insignificant, no question too trivial that you should not ask us. No matter what your budget, we will listen to your needs and try to find just the right sewing machine or vacuum cleaner for you. The sewing industry has come to realize that without proper dealer support it is nearly impossible for you, the consumer, to get the most you can from your new machine. For this reason, most sewing companies do not allow internet sales. It is the services that we offer, such as 5-years free cleaning and maintenance ( on most machines ), unlimited instruction on operation of your sewing machine, free labor on all warranty repairs to name a few, that make the purchase of your new machine at our store a mandate. For those products that we are allowed to sell on the internet, we have setup a secure "virtual cart" system so that you may purchase these items directly from our site. If you see an item that does NOT have a cart symbol ( ie. most sewing machines ) unfortunately the sale of these items is restricted to in-store sales only. Given all this...enjoy browsing in our virtual store, see and learn about the machines and services we offer, and come in and maybe take home that "perfect" sewing machine or vacuum cleaner.

        I've always found the people who work at Schiller's have always been polite, helpful and strive to correct any problems with the products they sell.

        If you need to purchase a any type of vacuum; or a sewing machine, serger, embroidery machine, or other sewing equipment, I recommend Schiller's. If you have a problem, ask to speak to Rick. I am sure he will do everything he can to rectify the situation.

        I Purchased a refurbished embroidery Machine And love it can call anytime with questions and they will gladly help over the phone . I live two hrs away .and it is so worth the trip.

        Buyer beware
        If you have a pet hair issue do not buy a Miele with a air turbine head
        Unfortunately I did & it did not workout. Ultimately I purchased a Sebo from them after buying a 2nd air head , the first one broke & was junk
        I strongly feel I should have been informed with this issue & I finally was but the end result was 1000.00 out of pocket
        400 initial purchase
        100.00 2nd air head
        500.00 additional with purchase of Sebo
        Total out of pocket 1000.00

        I'd rather give zero stars! Worst customer service around. Bought a vacuum for nearly $200, turned it on once and heard high pitch squeals and smelled burning. The so-called life time belt had been shredded to threads and wrapped around the motor. Brought receipt and vacuum to store days after purchase and was met with the rudest employees ever. A middle aged woman with glasses stated that it was top rated and "couldn't be" as if I was making it up. "Eric" took it downstairs to fix it and told us to try again. When we explained we no longer wanted it and simply wanted a refund Eric said that "it was a damaged product now;" that we had damaged it. He held up his hands and refused to help us. We are currently awaiting a call from the owner. DO NOT buy products from this store if you value customer service and kindness. Extremely rude, unhelpful staff.
