She is a good Doctor but her billing department is horrible. Two years later I'm still trying to figure out what is going on. They billed my insurance twice and then retracted it because they used the wrong job codes. I payed my bill then they mailed my money back. After that they ended up billing me again. I mailed two bills on the same day. One office cashed it seven days ago and the check I sent to Dr. Burden's office is still pending. I've never been so frustrated with a billing process before.

Dr Burden is a very caring person and excellent doctor. Warm heart-ed and thorough making sure you are comfortable in every stage. She has a wonderful staff, which know me by name when I walk in the door. The office is decorated by Dr. Burden with care, but most of all she interacts with you, actually caring how you are and the best way to help you. I would recommend Dr Burden to my closest fiends, If you are looking for a doctor that will take time and treat you like a doctor should give her a call. You will not be disappointed.
