dr Mendoza is new for me. I found her t be pleasant & gave me the time to ask questions & spent a good amount f time in my examination. Staff very peasant. Waiting is part of seeing most Drs. They may have to give a patient more time. There may be an unexpected procedure. I've waited up to 2 hrs. Throwing a file in the floor & walking out is childish & immature. This individual must be rude & impatient in all their daily life. I would recommend this business highly.

Awful. I live two hours away. My appointment was at 1:45. Arrived at 1:20, was taken to an examining room at 1:35, told to undress down to my underpants. I did. Then I sat in the exam room until 2:15 at which time I put on my clothes, walked out of the exam room, grabbed my chart off the wall, threw it in the floor and left . . . Followed by an employee who tried to apologize. I will not go back and will recommend to my primary care doc that he no longer refer people to this place.

If you are there for Botox or face peel or other expensive ( and unnecessary) procedure, they love you. But if you are there for a possible melanoma or carcinoma, they don't give a damn.

The doctors are great but either they have too many patients or their staffing needs to be replaced. Called for 3 days and left messages with no return calls and unable to get medicine for my daughter. This is not the first time having trouble getting medicine. Don't waste your time, look for another Doctor. I am doing so.

Went a couple weeks ago. Saw Dr Mendoza. My name was called barely after I sat down. Very little hassle. Prescription was sent quickly to my pharmacy. No hassle. Glad I went!

Called and made an appointment to see Dr Kelly DeHart. When I arrived I found I was going to see a different Doctor I was not familiar with. I was never informed that Dr DeHart was no longer seeing patients in Williamsburg .... Very unprofessional !



The staff could have cared less.

My Dr. called to get me an appointment with this group in September. Got an appointment scheduled for October 22, 2015. Was notified that my appointment had to be rescheduled. After rescheduling for a later date, I was notified that appointment needed to be rescheduled again. This is a large group. I find it totally unacceptable that appointments continue to be cancelled and they can not find another Dr. to fit you in with in a reasonable amount of time. If I had done this they most likely would want to charge me a fee..

I can not believe how bad the customer service was.I had an appointment. And it took 2 months for me to get my prescription to the pharmacy and an authorization done to be able to get medicine...after calling the office ..talking to nurses. Asst.office manager...multiple times ..left message for office manager... Wrote letter to MD to get matter resolved..two weeks later...still no response...unbelievable!
