        Overall

        Paid top dollar for a campsite and then had to pay extra for every adult you have over two. Campsites very close together and shallow. Limited parking. Train and highway noise rediculous. To top it off, staff NOT friendly. We went to the store to buy ice, water and firewood. And every time they acted very "put out" we were there and interrupted their own personal conversations they were having with eachother. Definitely will NOT be returning. Rate two stars only because pet and children friendly.

        easy access in mountain setting

        easy i-40 access. shady pines, good amenities, very good food at on site cafe with outdoor sitting. staff help excellent. wireless ok, slow. sites very close together. we've stayed twice as it's the best in the area. gasoline prices high so fill up before stopping.
