Ruby Tuesday

Have to give the food a zero since we never got the chance to even order a tea before we were frozen to the bone and had to leave. We were sat in the farthest corner of the restaurant, ya know, when your restaurant is empty on a Saturday night, and your guest are put off when they are put so far out there, why do it?? Anyway, we were freezing, the temps had to be in the low 60's. We asked if we could be moved, the waiter moved us one table over and left..... Obviously we were still freezing, after 10 minutes or so, waiter came back and said the mgr had turned the a/c up and should be better after a while, we were told other have complained also that it was cold.. I asked if we could move to another table, look out over a mostly empty dinning room, and was told that we really couldn't move...... I told the waiter that I refuse to eat in the cold, either we move or we leave, he said we really couldn't move...... So we left. As we did we passed the gr, who knew we just got there, but took no action to ask what was wrong or anything, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in a restaurant!
