WORST EVER!! NO communication,, terrible people to deal with,,, made a purchase with them, paid cash for the bulk of the purchase THANK GOD I had the receipt still,,, made many MANY phone calls,, no response,, stopped by and the owner never around,, all I wanted to do was pay it off,,, so sent a few payments in guessing,,,,, prick sends a repot guy after me,,, and I had OVER PAID HIM,,, he OWES ME NOW,, not to mention the lawyer fees I had to hire,,,, and yet NO returned phone calls EVER,,, after hiring atterny general office,,, 2 months I finally get my title,,, BAD PEOPLE

Very satisfied with my Audi A4 I recently purchased from them .the sales men Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything on the lot .. He also went above and beyond to help me with my purchase do to my credit .. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone .. Thank you again Elite !!

Bought a car from them a few months ago, nothing but an over priced piece of crap! Everytime we fix 1 problem 5 more arise, we call and get ignored, will be turning into bbb, and calling my attorney due to them not standing behind what was to be fixed(was put in writing), and car was inspected illegally.

Horrible. I've been trying to give a car back to them. The balljoint literally just fell off! I could've got seriously hurt! It's been over a month and no one has come to get this car. Emails and phone calls get ignored.

Junk on the lot lousy customer service stay away from them

When my son began his search for his first car, he decided upon a used vehicle. Being a parent who didn't want their child to be taken advantage of, I did the preliminary investigative work in locating good used vehicles that met the criteria both he and I had been searching for. They included VERY low mileage and an great price. At Elite Motors, both these criteria were met and then some. It goes without saying that of course, we were concerned with the mechanical worthiness of a used vehicle, but at Elite, I do believe you would be hard pressed to find a vehicle of inferior quality. The cars are very clean inside and out, looking as if they had just rolled off the assembly line! The customer service is extraordinary!andy the sales associate my son dealt with and who walked my son methodically through the purchase process. It was a very smooth and easy journey through this sales process as Andy really knows his stuff. Although I stayed in the background and let my son go through the purchase process "on his own", I always touched base with Andy to be sure we were all on the same page...and we always were! No surprises or hidden punches thrown in at the end, just a straightforward, honest, no pressure, comfortable sales experience. I will usually be quite defensive when dealing with ANY car dealership, but at Elite, I found I had nothing to worry about and both my son and I were treated with friendly professionalism and respect from the word "go". Would I ever go to Elite Motors for any future auto purchases? YOU BET I WOULD! I would not go anywhere else. What more could a person ask for? Great business ethics, outstanding customer service, a well experienced courteous sales staff, wonderful finance options, exceptional vehicles and a genuine concern for the customer even AFTER the sale has been completed and the car is off the lot. An excellent dealership with exceptional vehicles and excellent sales personnel. Thank you Elite Motors!

i would recommend elite motor to anybody with bad credit or any credit for a reliable car or truck they are nice and understanding thank you andy and bob for getting me into my 2005 audi

This is the worst dealership! They ignore problems and are very unprofessional. There's no communication and they will sell absolute junkers that can't pass inspection!

They helped me get a car with my bad credit. I actually got treated like a human being not my credit score. I fell on some hard times and these guys helped me.

I COMMUNICATED VIA E-MAIL WITH A "SALESPERSON" ALTHOUGH HE USED SEVERAL DIFFERENT E-MAILS SO I AM NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE SAME PERSON OR NOT. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO BEGIN WITH AND I MADE VERY CLEAR MY SET BUDGET AMOUNT AND THAT I WAS A SIZEABLE DISTANCE FROM THE DEALERSHIP. AFTER MANY KIND EXCHANGES WITH OFFERS AND SUCH, HE WAS STILL ABOVE MY PRICE RANGE AND I POLITELY LET HIM KNOW THAT HE WAS STILL OUT OF MY BUDGET RANGE BUT I THANKED HIM FOR HIS TIME AND FOR TRYING TO HELP ME.



HE RESPONDED TO THAT BY LAUGHING AND BELITTLING ME!!! ALL BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO BUY A CAR OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE!! HE HAD A RUDE TONE FROM THEN ON AND WAS VERY CONDESCENDING! I HAVE EVERY NOTION TO SAVE THOSE E-MAILS AND POST THEM FOR THE WORLD TO SEE, INCLUDING THE BBB.



IF I HAD ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD I STILL WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE A-HOLES!!! YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY, LET ALONE CUSTOMERS!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
