Coleman's Flatwork

Shannon Coleman of Coleman's flatwork does not stand behind his work as evidence by his unresponsiveness when requested to go through arbitration as recommended by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I contracted with Mr. Coleman to do concrete work at my home, which encompassed approximately 1525 sq ft. Mr. Coleman did not fulfill his written contract with me and the slant of the sidewalk he poured directs water towards the house, where it pools. I have reached out to Mr. Coleman on numerous occasions to correct the issues he created and he has been unresponsive. I then contacted the BBB for assistance to resolve these issues but was still unable to get a response from Mr. Coleman. I have been attempting to reach out to Mr. Coleman to correct these issues for over a year now. I will keep this post current should Mr Coleman contact me and correct the outstanding issues.
