I would like everyone to know what Cindy did for me today. I became ill three years ago and lost everything. Last year, a friend of my sister's blessed me with a 1992 Honda. About 4 months ago, I accidentally ran over a manhole cover and it took my tailpipe off. I have only been well enough to return to work two months ago so I just kept dragging that tailpipe around. Today, I went to American Muffler with the pipe in hand. Cindy said they would weld it back on. I told her I couldn't do it today and just wanted an estimate because I would have to get a loan. She said no, I want to do this for you. After they put the car up on the lift, a very long pipe also needed replaced. She told the mechanic to do it. I told her I knew she initially meant for only the tailpipe to be welded back on how much is it. I had $9.00 and she would not take it. She fixed my car for free. I am still speechless. She said she felt when she saw me that she should do this for me. Although I told her thank you so many times, it is not enough. She has no idea how much this incredible, generous act has absolutely changed my life. I still cannot stop crying because of her being so kind to me. I will never forget this ever. There ARE still kind honest people in the world and she is at the top of the list. She blessed me so much and is not just an wonderful business woman but an incredible human being. Thank you Cindy. 20 years ago other shops had quoted me $600 to replace the exhaust system on an Infiniti. Bills' simply cut out a bad section of pipe and welded in a new piece, for under $100.

Today, my Toyota van had a very loud exhaust. Out of curiosity, I took it to Meineke, who said I needed a new exhaust manifold for $500. I then took it to Bill's who said "that's not the problem". You just have a hole in the "Y" shaped flex coupler pipe which connects the exhaust manifold to the muffler. They cut out the bad coupler and welded in a new piece for only $128. Good as new again. I am not indicting Meineke who is probably not as well equipped to tackle a repair/weld vs replacement. They're fair

They installed a magnaflow muffler and tail pipe for me on my new jeep. Love it alot, gives it a nice sound without being too loud. Rocky and Bill are great to work with.
