Big Yellow Taxi

Sarcastic, rude, argumentative. Lacking phone courtesy. Called to schedule an appointment. I politely asked if they would be available for pickup. The guy answering the phone sarcasticly suggest that he'll need an address and time before he can tell me if he is available or not. Really, no kidding. I tell him a little phone courtesy would be nice. He then proceeds to tell me that after I'm through lecturing him on phone etiquette I can schedule the ride. Yeah right, line I want to give him my money.
