        Nichols helped me when they didn't have to. My first time dealing with then my car wouldn't start and I had to call for help. When they answered they didn't blow me off like another shop did because I couldnt get my car towed. James answered and walked me through some things and I was good to go. I went in this past Saturday and met them in person and had my brakes done. They got my car in and got my car out that same day and my car is no longer squealing. I'm so grateful for these guys.
