My family and I have been going here for our vehicle needs for years. Everybody has always been kind, friendly, honest, helpful and very professional. They really helped me pick the best lease deal for my 2017 Trax, and I couldn't be any happier! Raffaele Muraca is the man you want when shopping or leasing a new Chevrolet! Also ask for Dominic! Both are excellent and really care about your vehicle needs.

I haven't bought a new car in over a decade and back then I only bought Saturns. Their no-haggle approach to selling attracted me to them, and the dealer and service was always top notch. I was super nervous about buying another car now that Saturn is no longer around. My sister checked inventories online and found my Black 2015 Volt at Pellegrino Chevrolet. Raffaele Muraca was our Sales Consultant who is super nice and gave us a great deal, with a bit of help from Domenic Polimeni, Sales Manager. Everything was so easy! I was driving my Volt home just two hours from walking in the door. I was already sold on the Volt from a prior test drive, so it was just about getting my color (black) and the premium audio package. This baby was fully loaded with every option available. I wasn't going to go with the extra packages, but the price was more than fair and comparable to other Volts at other dealers with less options. I have had to take the car back a couple of times in the first week, to the body shop for a couple of spots that I could not buff off. Jason in the body shop was great, and got the spots out with a "wet sanding" in just a couple of minutes. I am so glad I chose Pellegrino. They made the process super easy and not as stressful as I feared.

Worst automotive experience I've ever had from both the sales and service (but especially the service) team. Rude, unprofessional and ridiculously over-priced. I will never look at another Chevrolet again.

Dear Pellegrino Chevrolet,



My husband and I recently came in to look at a vehicle we first saw online. We were met by Michelle Percival, who took us through one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I can remember.



After a test drive of the vehicle, my husband, and I decided to purchase. It was smooth sailing from there. Our entire car buying experience was absolutely wonderful.



A few days after our purchase we went on 2000 mile road trip. As we were eager to see our son prior to his next deployment, and stationed in Fort Benning, GA. serving with the U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment. We didn't stop there though... we then drove to Florida and back to New Jersey. It was the most pleasurable road trip we have ever been on.



We absolutely love our Cadillac CTS!



We have purchased other vehicles in the past from other dealerships. Unfortunately, it’s all too common to run into an obnoxious car salesperson who only wants to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. The Pellegrino Team and Sales Consultants Michelle Percival & Jace Siciliano, and Business Manager Brian Hastings have proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliche, and they have ensured that we will be sending our family & friends to your dealership for years to come. Thank you so very much.

Wouldn't Buy If They Were the Last Dealer on Earth!

Beware, people! If you can't afford to buy a higher end vehicle or a brand new one, the sales people go and get the owner to come humiliate you to death! Maybe it's because I'm a woman and I was alone, I don't know. But when I said "I can't afford to buy a brand new car right now," the owner said (with a smirk on his face), "What do you mean 'not now'? Does that mean you plan on robbing a bank later or what?" He said he might have something for me and sent the salesman to the back of the building to bring out one of the cars that were going to the JUNK YARD! The salesman looked like he felt bad, but I told him I'd had enough of the arrogance and insult to my intelligence. I left. I will NEVER go back even though I live in this town!!

I would never buy from this car dealer never not even 1 star

I will never buy from this dealer ship ever ever again.. once they have your money they do not care about you at all... they never call you back when you call them you have to call an call an call ... the daughter should go to school and learn how to treat customers... I can say nothing good about this company..
