Michaels - The Arts & Crafts Store

The entire staff is amazing! When I went in the first time, I didn't realize that it was the first day they were open. Their Grand Opening was on Sunday. 3/13. They gave out $10.00 gift cards to the first 100 customers. The staff at Michael's are very knowledgeable about their merchandise. It was a please to shop there. I must make special mention about Will, who helped me in the art department. I was really impressed by how much he knew, and he wasn't even an artist! Fiona also helped me in the art department. Then Fiona took me to meet Jean Benoit (John), in the framing department. Another professional who is also an artist and was able to answer more questions for me. The cashiers are all friendly, outgoing and willing to help. Manny, the manager, and Courtney are also very friendly and welcoming. Everyone is smiling and looks like they are enjoying their jobs. If the atmosphere stays like that, I'll be a regular shopper!
