I would like to thank you for helping my mother sell her house in Baltimore County. When she was stricken with medical problems about 8 months ago, it was extremely necessary to sell her three-story townhouse and move her in to a one-story apartment. Due to lack of maintenance the house was in poor condition, and putting it on the market would require significant money that she did not have.
