Illiano's J&P Restaurant

I can't tell how good the place is because we never got in. We were going there for a meeting, but the weekend manager would not honor a confirmed reservation that was made earlier in the week. We had to move over 50 people to a new location. The new location, Johansson's was fabulous! Too bad for J&P. We do one of these meetings every other month.

I help coordinate a civil rights group in Carroll County. We had planned to have a meeting over dinner regarding our future in MD and Carroll County specifically. We had a Carroll County Comissioner as a guest speaker as well as a candidate for Carroll County Sheriff as a guest of honor. I made reservations Monday 6/24 for Saturday 6/29. As we had a rather large party (50+ people) I requested reservation of the back room to better accommodate us and our meeting. On Saturday I called to confirm our reservations and was told rather rudely that they do not reserve the back room on weekends and refused to honor our reservations. I had to coordinate within an hour moving 50+ people to another location. The failure of this restaurant to honor reservations has determined that neither I nor any other members will eat at this chain of restaurants.
