Prem's Dress Alteration & Tailoring

Rude rude rude and she could care less what time frame you want your stuff back. Do yourself a favor, get your alterations done somewhere else. She says they will have it do BUT ONLY IF another order that pays more doesn't come in!!! She does not care about the customer.

Prem is excellent at her craft. In addition she is a friendly, delightful lady. Her work is 1st class. For Carmen and Karen below, who buys 10 pants full of holes? Karen, shame on you ! to say she butchered your daughters wedding gown is harsh. I bet their is more to the story than you have let on

Prem is the best! I've taken her many of my clothes for tailoring and she has saved items that I thought could not be repaired. Expert repairs at great prices. Since I've started going to her I have not gone to anyone else.

Prem is awesome. Keeps you current with fashion. She is very efficient and the cost is low.

Owner does not care about making the client happy, she butchered my sisters wedding dress, and did not listen to how she wanted. When feelings were expressed about the dissatisfaction, we were asked to leave the store instead of her just doing the right thing. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!

I needed a dress altered. I originally took it to a place closer to where i live. They wanted to charge me over $100! I knew about prems from when i lived in westlake so i decided to go there. For the same work shes only charging me 30. She is very dependable and gets the job done in a reasonable amount if time.

I was very unhappy with the cost, quality and timing of Prem's Alterations. I took 10 pairs of boys pants there for patches. Each pair cost me about $10 to purchase and then Prem charged me $10 to patch them! I also provided the material to use as patches! The patches even looked bad because they were patched on the inside, leaving the holes visible. They took her a week longer than estimated.

If you go here, get a very firm committment on the cost or set a limit on what you are willing to pay.

I'll never use Prem again.
