Worse customer service I've ever deal with. Had one of the installation guys come out and tell me what size I needed which were 2.5 in too big (they refuse to exchange or refund my money even though it was their mix up.) Then had been told I need 4 speakers that were the 2.5 inches too big, 2 mini speakers that I can't even use, a alarm, and locks that were all over priced; was charged a installation fee of $50.00 when I went in they refuse to install any of the equipment I had bought from them and threatened to kick me out for my life time all because they refuse to intall things I had already paid for, have a receipt in hand from the previous day of purches, and I wanted my things installed that they said they would do the next day.

Great prices and service and the one time I had an issue I brought in my receipt and they took care of it!! I love this place.

Don't Ever go here. If the gear you buy does not work, it is still yours, no exchange for faulty equipment..
