Escape Beauty Salon

Worst experience ever. The owner is a 1 woman shop, & her personality &professionalism explains it. She doesn't listen to what you ask for as far as services, does what she wants & speaks over you. Salon is newly renovated, however expired products, hairdryer from 1980 & the sinks don't drain. I went for a simple1 color processing & she said she would blend my hair better, I told her I didn't want highlights, but yet she said, "don't worry, I'll take care of it, you'll love it". She did what she wanted, & when she went to wash my hair, the sink backed up. She had just gotten in an argument with another customer while I was there about the sink &denied that there was a problem with it. There is something wrong alright, it doesn't drain. I then told her didn't want the blow out, that I had had enough, she then asked why? I told her I didn't ask for highlights, she didn't listen to me, and there is soap still in my hair! She never apologized or even asked what she could do to fix it. She charged me 115.00 for nothing, no cut or blowout included. I was in shock so I paid her, which I shouldn't have. She's totally rude & unprofessional, she never even said thank you. A real class act. I would never refer my worst enemy to this place. I did look at the previous reviews before going & should have known.
