Prime Honda - Boston

I had my car at a different service provider, and I called here for a price quote for some repairs last Friday. My car was towed there by AAA on the basis of this quote. There was a lot of miscommunication about fees, and the quoted price turned out not to be entirely accurate - but management stepped in and took care of the issue to my satisfaction.

Extremely disappointed with the assistance that I received from the management at this company. The manager that 'assisted' us was extremely disrespectful. I will never return here again. Steve Lander, aforementioned manager, should be fired for the way we were treated.

Good people, fair prices, and flexible. I recommend knowing what you want and the MSRP before heading in. Have a price in mind and they will work with you on it as well as help finance. Thumbs up all around

some say they hate to shop for cars, but they love cars, and they buy cars, thats me ! I hate to walk into a dealership because you get attacked at the door, or some guy slides out of a car on display( there should be a warning( salesman in here!)anyway these guys were decent and i did not feel like i was offerwhelmed . it is never fun, but here it was painless. They have pretty girls, guys that know whats what and great coffee!. It was easey to buy car. nice to know I can have a stress free place to go
