Laviano’s Marine Service

I am writing this review with great reluctance. That reluctance is totally based on selfish reasons.

As a boater for many years, I have had my share of experiences with boat mechanics, some good and most not so good.

Being in need of yet another mechanic, I searched the internet and found Robert Laviano that did a few repairs that went well.

I decided to have Robert repower the boat, which turned out to be a complete overhaul. Front to back.

It included new engines, new controls, wiring, hoses throughout the boat, a new air conditioning system, a new generator, new gauges, electronics, and even a new interior with TV and a lot more.

So what’s the downside of Robert Laviano? If you don’t want to fix your boat the right way, don’t call him.

Rather than compromise the quality of work he does, he will tell you do go elsewhere.

What is my selfish reason for not sharing with you? I don’t want him so busy that he can’t service my boat when I want it.

If I have to wait for something to be done, I will. Robert is the only mechanic that I would have.

Since his son recently joined with him, I know that I’m going to be in good hands for a long time.

If you are looking for a great mechanic and a great guy, give Robert a call.

Laviano's Marine Service is what every boat owner want's to deal with should they need attention to their boat.
Robert assessed my boat's issues and explained thoroughly what was required in order to get me back on the water. He is so clearly knowledgeable in his field that any boat owner is left with a feeling of confidence. The work was done properly and in a timely fashion.

I thought I bought a 'lemon' until Laviano's Marine Service serviced my bow-rider. The Dealer could not find out what was wrong and after 4 visits to the dealer I brought my boat to Laviano's Marine. DONE-FIXED !!!! Never had the issue again. Thank you Laviano's Marine :)

Had some work and annual maintenance service done to my Evinrude Outboard and it was done at a much better price than all the others quoted and faster than I thought it would. Great service!!

I have had service all over south florida but Robert at Laviano's is the best. He is the type of person who will explain all the details and do whats best for you and your boat. I recently purchased a used boat and Robert went over all the maintenance that it would need. He not only is a great mechanic but he educated me about the boat and told me what I should expect. Everything he has done for me has been top notch and at a fair price. I would recommend his service to anyone who has a boat and wants to be confident that they can trust what their mechanic is telling them.

Quick and easy! Needed someone to come to the house and fix the boat for the oliday weekend and FAST! They came out same day and the repairs were about half the rice what others were quoting me! They also went on to tell me what the real maintenence should be and trust me they will be doing it from now on! Thanks guys!

Great Customer service. This is a company you can trust. Robert personally came out to fix our boat when we were in a jam. He quickly responded to our call and had us up and running in no time. Great workmanship and fantastic customer service. We will be using Laviano's Marine Service everytime.

Honest and reliable! I can count on Laviano's anytime I need them, and I can trust the repair or maintenance suggested to be warranted and the cost to be fair. I also can count on everything to be done right the first time. Developing a relationship with a small boat repair shop gives me peace of mind and allows me to enjoy my boat!

On time old school service you can trust. I've learned to do preventive maintenance as Robert recommends. He's been maintaning my boat for 11 years and the only problem I had is when I thought I knew better. I learned the hard way.

This is a really great family business. Excellent customer service and timely boat service too. They're always willing to help when you're in a pinch, which makes them reliable. The Laviano's have great customer service. My boat has been serviced by the Laviano's for several years; the work is always done right and on time. If I leave town for an extended trip, I know my boat will be running great and ready for me to use when I return home. I definitely recommend!

Great service! When you call a person answers the phone. They come out when they said they would and on time. Love that they have a closed in shop for when my boat needs service.
