The staff that work their are mean, Rude,unprofessional. When they have to transfer you to another person it takes 3 transfer to get to the right person. They have you on hold for long periods of time. They don't care about one patient they dont even care if you have been on hold for 20 min. they will come back to the line when they feel like it. Don even go there they are so rude!!!!

I went to the Gardens location for my prenatal visits. I never saw the same doctor like I wanted to. And I really didn't have a favorite doctor. All the doctors treated me like a number and the staff was not pleasant. The office is too busy to answer any billing questions. I ended up having a HUGE balance after I had my baby. So I went on the portal to pay monthly so I wouldn't go into collections. Because I didn't call to make a payment plan, they placed me in collections and refused to see me until I paid off my credit. Nobody in billing bothered to notify me of this procedure. A month after I had the baby, I needed to see a doctor and they refused to see me because I had a balance. I recognize they are running a business and need to be paid, but nobody in billing spoke with me while I waited in the office for an hour to supposelly see a doctor. The front desk just informed me I needed to pay half my balance before I saw a doctor. I was forced to go to another practice.

Don't go there for any complicated procedures. E very time I do, they screw up my bills and send me threatening letters after promising to fix their mistakes. I doubt will go back there again.
