I love this bus company, Vanderhoof is the only charter bus company I will ride.. My last three experiences have been perfect, and as for the bus driver, Jane, she makes you smile. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a bus

Wouldn't trust this company! We had 3 buses; they provided a decent service and were on time for my wedding pickup but one of the buses did not have A/C and my guests were moaning the whole way home. MOREOVER, after accidentally leaving my wedding presents under the bus, the company has made no real effort to help get them back. I had watched someone put them underneath the bus right after my wedding and my driver was PRESENT and knew that they were being placed there - my bridal attendant literally had a conversation with him. After days of not being able to figure out what bus they were on and who the correct driver was, my driver simply said he had no knowledge of there being presents there. I was there watching him when they were being put there, yet the company refuses to believe me and two other witnesses, and simply uses a "this wouldn't happen at our company" attitude. There was $500 cash and thousands of dollars worth of presents that have apparently just up and disappeared..

If you're looking for charter bus service in New Jersey, LOOK NO FURTHER! I recommend Vanderhoof without reservation. Our church group planned a four-day missions trip to Central New Jersey with Vanderhoof Transportation that went flawlessly. From planning, through execution of the itinerary, the schedule was expertly executed. Their pricing was affordable; Stephanie in the office was professional, courteous, and available. There are no words to describe Lamont, the driver who was with us each day. Well groomed, accommodating, courteous-- he extended himself beyond our expectations--very knowledgeable about the road, an expert driver! Each day, everyone on the bus asked if Mr. Lamont was coming back. Our group has been asked to bring this missionary trip back to New Jersey. I've used Vanderhoof Motor Coaches for many trips over the last 25 years and have always found the coaches to be clean, properly maintained, and comfortable. The service we received was terrifice. They arrived on time, the bus driver was delightful, the bus was clean and comfortable, he drove us safely from destination to destination (and there were several), and we had a blast.
