Pizza 23 West

I recently purchased a cheese pizza pie on 4/10/13 from this LONG ISLAND PIZZERIA..and I was rather disappointed. The dough was way too doughy and seemed a little uncooked. I have had pizza there before and it was much better. It was thin and cooked properly. I am kind of hesitant to go back again.

We arrived in town from Chicago for a baseball tournament over in Cooperstown and in our efforts to escape the congested area around Dreams Park we sought out a traditional ny pizza place. Boy did we luck out! Not only was this the perfect distance away but the food was amazing and the price couldn't be beat. We got salad, garlic bites, hot wings and a "pie". Complimentary glasses of wine for the adults and some pepperoni rolls too. Fabulous sauce. Nice crust. Tons of food. Great service. Happy to have had the opportunity to go to a local family owned authentic spot. And would recommend it to anyone who happens to be nearby. Even for a Chicago girl this NY pizza place is a must try!

The most amazing pizza in the area. They offer whole wheat crust and specials that can fit any budget.

Tonight we got a large pizza, dozen wings, large salad and garlic bread for under $25.00 It is ,more than enought for my family of 4.

The food is absolutly amazing.. sauce is great, and as anyone knows, if the sause is good... The food is good!
