Pizza Hut

If you don't want to be at work don't answer the phone. I I would fire you with the attitude you had, and maybe that's why you didn't speak your name. But whoever you are you would be looking for another job if I were your boss!!! Shakira your supposed manager is horrendous... I waited for food for over an hour she was rude when I answered the phone... She said the driver tried to call me which is a lie his name BTW is Michael I have ordered from this store numerous times... There are directions to my home in your computer... I asked for corporates nu. Very she told me she went giving me anything cause I was just going to complain... I will no longer ever use this store or any other unless she is removed and your customer service is redeemed!!!!! And I will still contact the corporate offices!!!

Yesterday I went by to notify them that around ten of us was coming today out of consideration. Shakira the manager and I agreed that we would be fin in the main dining area and I was good with that. Today we showed up and the moment we walked in she was on the defense. She apparently didn't remember me, let alone recall me coming by yesterday. She immediately said to me that the party room wasn't available, I told her that I knew that and we weren't wanting it. I told her we had agreed that the dining area would be fine for my group yesterday. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and like she didn't remember me. She was so much on the defense. When we finally got to our table the hostess apologized for her behavior. We ordered our food, and it was delivered to us in a timely manor. While waiting on the food to arrive I went to the salad bar to retrieve my food. There was a cylinder of some sort out in the way by the salad bar. The pickles were so nasty looking. They were cloudy and mushy. The pears were fermented and the cucumbers were translucent. And that is not all, my daughter in law found a hair baked in between the crust and pizza cheese. It was the worst experience I have ever had. If it hadn't beeny son's birthday I would have walked out of there. Don't eat here unless you want bad customer service and food that will probably make you sick. The food department needs to pay them a visit.

They have really disappointed me lately. I ask for light sauce and I still end up with a lot of sauce on my pizza. The new wing street wings are horrible. But the pan pizza crust is great

Pizza Hut has a great lunch at an affordable price!
