Verizon

The manager lied about Verizon being able to expedite shipment on my phone delivery. She added insurance to my account with zero discussion about it. She mis-quoted the price of my phone. When I picked it up 2 days later, she was not in. The person who helped me smelled like a dirty ashtray. He also noted my choice of phone was "interesting". Really, dude?

The people there were dirty and unprofessional. It was foul there. I discussed the pricing issues with the rep their and he said for me to just "deal" with the other person who wrote the order. He had no interest in helping me or addressing the issue. He also said he would take the insurance off and he did not. This place needs to be reported to the BBB and will be. If the FCC takes complaints, they will be hearing about this one. This place is FUBAR. She lied to get the sale then had the gall to send an email to say that she hope I had an excellent experience. I nominate this Victra team to be on the Mars One mission. Good luck.

The young boy that works here, I believe his name is Vitaly, is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. He was rude from the first second. It wasn't that he couldn't help me with my request, although it turns out he could have if he had been putting even a minimal amount of effort in. Presented with the same situation at another location, the salesman there went out of his way to help me, and solved the issue. The young boy at this location was simply terrible at customer service. He sneered and smirked at me the entire time, and by the end of it barely stopped himself from laughing in my face. It was very obvious he had no interest in dealing with me. I ended up leaving and going to the Verizon store across from the Clackamas town center, where I found the employees to be very helpful and kind. It was a night and day experience. I will not be returning to this location, and I suggest that no one else does. That is, if you value an employee that treats you like a valued customer, and not a major annoyance.
