Tiffany's Pet Salon

I have been taking our dog Sophie to a groomer since she was a few months old , and I have taken my dogs over the past 30 years to many different groomers. Yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Our little Sophie had been going for the past two months to Tiffany’s Pet Salon and the past two times I had no issues. When I arrived to pick up Sophie I saw the two groomers working on a large dog and while one was cutting around the paws the other was holding the musseled dogs still with one hand while hitting the dog on top of it’s head. I was not happy to see how that animal was being treated. When they brought Sophie around to me she didn’t run like usual which at the time I did not think much of it. The grimmer told me that the owner Tiffany told them to charge me an extra 25$ because I missed our appoint the Friday before and that Tiffany told me she was going to charge me which didn’t happen, and I have the text to prove it. I told them that she never said that to me when I made the new appointment however I told them that I would not be back. On the way home I feel this wetness on my leg I look down and move Sophie off my leg to find blood on my pants gear shift and on the tan seat a lot of blood. Blood on her paws I text the groomer that she made Sophie bleed and share photos I took just then. She denied that anything happened while she was there I asked to speak to the owner Tiffany. The groomer said she would send my pics to her owner and her pics of a clean towel that Sophie supposed to have been laying on for over an hour. Tiffany text me needless to say that conversation was nothing but denials and an assumption that I was pissed at the groomers because of the 25$ charge and not the blood coming out of our Sophie and surely not how the groomers treated the other dog. Sophie has been cut on the pad of her right paw that needed stitch’s but the Vet said that the pad would be too hard to stitch so she used surgical glue. Tiffany called me when I left the Vet and she never once apologized for Sophie getting hurt and never showed any concern for the other dog. However Tiffany will look into the matter and get back with me!!! Here are the pics
