        We're actors WHO MET working on a production of hamlet in 2006. Seven years later. Still in love with shakespeare and each other. BABYSHAKES was born: a celebration of the humor. Beauty. And sense of play that is inherent both in the writing and in children everywhere. YOU'LL notice that BABYSHAKES isn't frilly or flowery - that's because SHAKESPEARE'S writing isn't ALL frills and flowers. Either. And we think It's that pluck. That impishness. That spectrum of color that makes it most interesting and universal. After ALL. There's a little knave in ALL of us! all BABYSHAKES clothing is pre-washed and pre-shrunk using DYE-FREE HYPOALLERGENIC detergent. We create and screen print the designs ourselves in OUR OWN workshop in LOS Angeles.
