We were on our way to Cape Cod, and spent the night here and it was a very good choice. It took a while for the internet to work but it did. Everything was clean, and a nice indoor pool, very pleasant stay

My trips to West haven and surrounding areas always has me staying at the Best Western Executive Hotel. Their staff is always top notch and professional.The accommodations are excellent and the location is conveniently close to major business.Prices are very reasonable and accommodate their longer staying guest. I highly recommend staying at this Best Western Hotel.

I love the newly renovated rooms . Great beds very modern and the Front Desk Staff is very accommodating and very friendly.My room is very clean and very comfortable bed. I will recommend this hotel because the rate is very affordable and room is very clean.

As a concept Best Western is supposed to be a small and utility friendly hotel. This place had a lot of character even for a small hotel. The staff were really nice and went out of their way to help me out. Facilities were basic but good. Swimming pool was clean and breakfast was good too. Rooms were good but the only problem was the highway being close to the hotel. This led to a lot of rumbling noise at night.

Great place/easy on and off/ right off 95 South. Convenient, decent breakfast, clean. Ask for the quiet side of the hotel. Free parking. Breakfast ends at 9:30 so eat early! Decent value for the price paid.

The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the bedding. The TV was nice, and there was a fridge and microwave.

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and the shower facilities were very nice. I asked for a king size bed room but the bed in my room went beyond king sized...it was big enough for 4 people and extremely comfortable! We arrived at 8PM and the guy running the front desk was not overly friendly or nice but he was able and got us checked in which is all I cared about after driving from Mass! It is right across from a Walmart and next to a Subway and some other fast food type places, it is also right off of Route 95 with stunning views of the 95 corridor

Hotel was nice, clean and friendly. Best part: was helping my daughter move in to college and there was a Walmart across the street for incidentals.

for the westhaven area , this is a great family hotel as well as business conference center , the hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean , I have had the pleasure of staying there twice , some of the negative reviews are false . the econolodge down the road says what a great hotel it is .

NO NO NO , drugs and prostitution and a unsafe area . Im a family man and a father of 3 and would stay in this hotel anytime . great customer service . they are willing to do do anything from ordering you food to suggesting places to go and places to eat . my father of 80m had a wonderful stay .

I have been in business and corporate sales and have stayed around the country , granted it is not the plaza but for the money you will not find better and has a indoor heated swimming pool .
