General Info

Commercial heat treating of high medium and low carbon steels, carburizing and carbonitriding, direct hardening, selective hardening, all tool steels including high speed steels. We also do black oxide and material identification witha Niton alloy analyser. Our business is built on quality and service. We have two integral quench furnaces for case hardening and neutral hardening. We have three vacuum furnaces including 10 and 12 bar high pressure quench capability and vacuum carburizing. We have many tempering furnaces, two cold treat units including a thermal cycle unit. We have straightening capability to 60 tons and a selective hardening pot.
