        Poor Management

        This past Saturday night a group of 8 of us visited this restaurant. It was a birthday and we didn't make a reservation, since they do not accept them. We arrive at 645. The hostess takes our name then tells me she needs to let me know how long the wait will be. She gets someone that appears to be the manager. She tells me it would be 2 hours and 45 mins. Of course, I am surprised. Never in my life have I heard of such a wait. I asked her to clarify and she repeated. I then asked her if she was serious. Her response was "this is a busy place!".



        Their customer count was not going to see our 8 top raise their numbers. We, of course left. I do not know how a restaurant of this calibur could respond to 8 paying guests in that way. There is always a way to accomodate and make your customer happy. They did suggest we sit at opposite sides of the restaurant if we were really hungry.



        We passed on that offer also.



        Think twice about going to this restuarant for a quality experience. If you want to be treated as cattle, by my guest.
