        Overall

        Excellent food and excellent service! The organic salmon, calamari, and tuna pizza were all superb. We also enjoyed the excellent service Eric provided. My husband and I will be back when we have another date night.

        Established in 1999, Max's Oyster Bar is a full-service restaurant that offers a variety of dining options. Its lunch menu features glazed mahimahi, cocktail shrimp, scallops, crab cakes and swordfish steaks. The restaurant s dinner menu includes pan-roast lobster, rainbow trout, ravioli, fried calamari, filet mignon, ahi tuna clams, oysters, rolls and salads. Max's Oyster Bar s desserts include chocolate pudding, cr me brulee, fruit crepe, key lime pie and ice cream. Its wine list includes chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, Champagne, rose, pinot gris, riesling, pinot grigio, shiraz, syrah, Chianti, merlot and meritage.
