I was not happy the way I was treated by the nurse that did my physical and the regional manger. I went for my physical and they were suppose to have my file from a different location and they didn't. The nurse didn't seem interested in getting the paperwork or going through my tattoos. Finally she agreed to go through my tattoos and write them down. She told me if I forgot to tell her any to let her know right away. I did right away. I went in for my third visit and the regional manger met with me and said that I was permanently disqualified from donating plasma. Because I didn't tell them about the tattoo. I did exactly what the nurse asked me to do if I forgot to mention any tattoos. That was on a Friday and my next donation was on a Wednesday, I was able to donate after I told them. Came back Friday and was disqualified by the regional manger and she was not pleseant to talk with. Very disappointed with her and the nurse.
