This place is crazy. they have the best selections of meats.

Good experience with this company. I was recommended by my sister who says that she uses them a lot. They have some nice meats for whatever the occasion and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

One of my favorite things to do is have family and friends over for a BBQ. And better than that, I love to smoke meat. When I have a smokin' at my house, everyone shows up along with friends. So it is very important to me to use the best possible meat I can, or I'm just wasting every ones time! I was told about ISC from a good friend that has used them for many years, with the promise that it was the best. Well, I finally heeded his advice and went. The meat I have bought for BBQ and smoking was absolute the very best and provided me with the best results!

Love this place. I am not a big fan of pork but I will get some poultry here anytime again. I bought some very good poultry. I tried it and I will be back for more today or tomorrow :)

Excellent meats all around. Quality shop with all kinds of meats, from steak to chickens and ham hocks. I just picked up 4 racks of baby back ribs.

I bought a case of steaks from a vendor that pulled in my driveway about noon, after my purchase I decided to Google the company, I saw some negative reviews so I panicked. We spent 225.72 for tax and steaks, I thought that's a lot of money for Dog food. Well we decided to try it for our self 2 fillet steaks and 2 ground beef patties to our amazement they were great. Look for NEW posts instead of the old ones so you can be proven wrong like me. That is why I decided to write a review.

I love this place. The meat is always spectacular and the prices are reasonable. Its nice to know where the meat came from although when I joke with people that the meat I eat was mooing at my house the day before I get strange looks sometimes.

They have so many types of different products that it was a bit overwhelming at the beginning because I don't ever go grocery shopping. They are very helpful though and knowledgeable I was extremely pleased and happy with the service.

Worth it, stock up! Best briskets I have been able to find around here. The 'fold test' for the briskets has been insane. Goat can be found from time to time, which is great. In the spring you can get good lamb as well.
