Tom K :I’m placing zero stars for this business, they delivered a refrigerator and hooked up the water line stripped the nut and put it on crooked,providing no workable phone number for issues water dripped excessively in kitchen for 5 days when the floor was floating and nite before my dog was licking the floor I thought I dropped something he was trying to let me there was a lot of water under it when I woke up and tried to make breakfast where ever I stepped it gushed out of a floating floor,the number was bogus this is in a brand new home, guy there was very arrogant to me I didn’t like his attitude to the whole situation. They sent a person to check and it was negligence with the installation process I lost 1500.00 on my insurance claim and they just walk away and laugh about it.I tried numerous times to reach them if your lucky to get thru u get a message prompt but guess what it’s never activated, one time I got thru boss on vacation 2 weeks emphasized for him to call never did,when I got thru the last time I was told to never call again for something they caused.The Ins co will never get a response cause they just don’t care and is a poorly run business,if u work with them expect trouble without any assistance at all, I am very concerned about having mold in my new home, I lived in NYState and had a older neighbor who had a leak addressed immediately, she ended up getting spores in her lung within 8 months she had passed away from mold killing her.I have no where to go with this they are a business that is only concerned with the bottom line(making a profit)and forget the rest) BEWARE!

WOW! This company needs to learn what customer service is! I had the driver tell me "Let me tell you how its going be" after being scolded from there office and then again five minutes later by the driver who was mad I did not answer my phone before the scheduled time. They said they would call between 12-4 and the called at 11:30 while I was at work.Told them to keep the stove and microwave and I will take my business elsewhere. Really irritating to say the least, that's not the way you talk to customers.

Absolutely terrible service. Bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot, who contracted On Time Services to do the delivery and installation. First problem: they didn't tighten the hoses right for the washer, causing water damage to my home. Second problem: they didn't run test cycles. Third problem: they didn't level the dryer and I had to do that myself later. Fourth problem: they are impossible to contact. They are dodging or ignoring my calls and emails. It has been two months since the installation and damage and still no word on whether they or their insurance will pay for the damage.
