        Overall

        The rental car was dirty inside and out. It also had a smell that smelled dirty as if a group of people had been shut up in it for a while. The tires were brown like mud had been just rinsed off. When I mentioned how dirty it was, the agent said the wash bay was very busy and they only had time to rinse it off quickly.
